3. Service location: Parkway Laboratory Services Central －Room 2007, 20/F, New World Tower 1, 16-18 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong.
4. This test is suitable to persons aged 45 or above.
5. Specialist’s follow-up consultation, treatment or medication shall not be provided for the health assessment.
6. This test cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional off­ers; it cannot be exchanged for cash or other product. The package is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
7. This above test is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.
8. Parkway Laboratory Services Central (PLS) reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, PLS’ decision is final.
